The key defining aspect of financial planning is that through our process, all questions, information and analysis will be considered as they impact your life.




Ongoing Financial Planning

Our Financial Planning Services Are Offered in a Few Ways

We’ll work with you over an extended period of time to help develop and implement your financial plan.

We offer the following service levels with ongoing support as outlined below:

Prosperity Path

The Prosperity Path program is designed to allow for a high level of coordination among your team of professionals. Collaboration efforts will be conducted to help create or supplement your existing team in a cost-efficient manner.


Additionally, the Prosperity Path can provide:


  • Access to a personalized online net worth dashboard.
  • Written comprehensive analysis can be provided upon request annually.
  • Estate, asset and insurance review (every three years).
  • Tax planning with a CPA, Enrolled Agent or tax attorney (once annually).
  • Planning of monetization strategy for your business and/or the provision of basic pre-exit tax planning and estate-transfer tax planning, as needed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Minimum of one annual consultation.
  • Ad hoc meetings and consultations on an as-needed basis, with up to seven days lead time.

Prosperity Facilitator

Acting as a middle ground between the Prosperity Legacy and Prosperity Path programs, this engagement involves your currently engaged professionals, in an effort to coordinate all aspects of your financial profile. 


Additionally, the Prosperity Facilitator program may also provide:


  • Access to a personalized online net worth dashboard.
  • Written comprehensive analysis can be provided upon request annually.
  • Estate, asset and insurance review (every two years).
  • Tax planning with a CPA, Enrolled Agent or tax attorney (up to two times annually).
  • Working with your existing team of professionals and potentially supplementing such team with additional professionals as needed.
  • Business review with your bookkeeper and/or Chief Financial Officer (up to two times annually).
  • Ad hoc meetings and consultations on an as-needed basis, with up to three days lead time.

Prosperity Legacy

This plan is typically designed for clients who have sophisticated, multifaceted financial profiles and have a need for advanced financial planning and coordination with outside professionals. 


Additionally, our team can also provide:


  • Access to a personalized online net worth dashboard.
  • Written comprehensive or subject-specific analysis can be provided upon request.
  • Annual estate, asset and insurance review.
  • Tax planning with a CPA, Enrolled Agent or tax attorney (up to four times annually).
  • Pre- and post-exit planning, including identifying and vetting a team of professionals, an in-depth review of asset protection practices, and coordination of estate tax and income tax mitigation planning both before and after business creation, sale, significant liquidation events, inheritance or other major financial life events.
  • Business review with the client’s bookkeeper and/or Chief Financial Officer (up to two times annually) (up to four times annually).
  • Custom legacy planning which may include, but not be limited to, business succession planning, philanthropic, gifting, generational tax planning.
  • Ad hoc meetings and consultations on an as-needed basis, with no lead time.

Financial Planning & Consulting Services

We also provide financial planning and consulting services as a stand-alone engagement.

These can include the financial planning services listed above as well as specific topics or services based on your circumstances.


Covering the Cost

Any services offered will be priced and defined during the data gathering process and mutually agreed upon before deliverables are prepared.

The annual fee for our three service levels is outlined below:

$3,000 per year

$6,000 per year

PROSPERITY LEGACY

Minimum $10,000 per year based on complexity




Our upfront charge is $1,500 - $5,000 and the annual fee will be billed in advance in equal monthly payments. The fee may be negotiable in certain cases at the discretion of GWM.





Financial Planning & Consulting Services

We offer Financial Planning and Consulting Services for $250 per hour with a minimum $1,500 fee per engagement, which may be negotiable in certain cases.

Half of the fee is due at the beginning of the process and the remainder is due at the completion of work, however, GWM will not bill an amount above $500 more than 6 months in advance.
